We hired Titan Shutters & Screens for an installation on our home in Saint Augustine. The pergola is supreme quality but does require significant upkeep due to blowing dirt from nearby construction. It is also a great place for spiders that have to be controlled, so welcome to Florida. The screens are super nice and also high quality so no complaints there. The only issue to caution people about is the installation. The Titan team did an overall fantastic job, extremely detailed on the pergola. On the screens, due to an installation over pavers and of course a lanai that slants per code, they were unable to neatly install them so they flap around in the breeze. Titan has tried to adjust the screens but they are still unable to provide a solution that makes a tight fit. I would not recommend retractable screen for the pergola for this reason, or until someone can design a solution that makes the screens fit as they should. Overall 4 stars due to the installation issues with the screens.

We used Titan Shutters to purchase and install a Structure X Pergola. Overall it was a fantastic experience - Melanie in the office is very on top of things! Bill is a master at his craft! Very happy with our pergola and screens!

Wanted more family time outside but with the way our house faces it gets too hot , we reached out to this company to see what our options were and ended up getting a pergola ! Now we can sit outside with our friends and family and on the days I want to enjoy the rain !
