Thank You, Northeast Florida

Thank You, Northeast Florida

This series spent three posts talking about timing, hardware, and what actually holds up when weather turns. That's useful information, and we hope it helped. Today isn't about any of that. It's simply a thank-you.

Titan is a family- and veteran-owned business, and that isn't a line we put on a page and forget about. It shapes how the crew shows up to a job, how the office answers the phone, and how seriously this team takes the trust that comes with being let onto someone's property to work on their home. Every one of the technicians and installers who does that work in a St. Augustine July, and every person in the office who answers a call about a coming storm, is the reason this business exists at all. Thank you for that work, today and every day.

And thank you to the households across Jacksonville, St. Augustine, St. Johns County, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Flagler Beach, Orange Park, Palatka, and Palm Coast who have trusted this team with their homes. Some of you called after a storm. Some of you called well ahead of one. Some of you are still deciding, and that's alright too — this series was written for you as much as anyone. Every one of those calls, whatever prompted it, is a household this business gets to be part of protecting, and that's not something to take lightly.

The first post in this series pointed out that Labor Day sits at day 99 of a 182-day hurricane season — deep inside it, not near its end. That's true, and it's worth remembering. But today, we'd rather think of it a different way: day 99 of a season this whole community has been moving through together, one gathering, one storm watch, one ordinary Tuesday at a time. Whatever this weekend looks like for you, cookout, quiet afternoon, or keeping an eye on the radar, we hope it's a good one.

Thank you, Northeast Florida. From all of us at Titan.
